Appearance matters to everyone. A person feels confident if he or she looks charming and neat. A lot of this has to do with your dressing and personality. But, the most important thing that comes before the personality, style, and attitude is……..your skin! Having a beautiful, spot free skin is a dream, dreamt by many.
I used to have the ugliest skin ever! It was a nightmare, and I lost a lot of confidence because of that. I always felt conscious facing people, I felt all of them are staring at me and making nasty comments because of my hideous skin 😦
Phew, I’m glad its over now.
How? You must be wondering that.
Today I will share with you all that I have done in the past five years to make my skin clear and spot free. The reason I want to share is not to brag about how much effort I made or whatever. I understand how girls feel at that stage, when they have no clue what to do, when they rely ONLY on chemical creams and other expensive stuff from stores, simple because I have faced that.
My tips are products and tips that are natural (well, most of them)
YES! 😁 so let’s get started!!!
• Yogurt & Gram flour paste:
Take one tbsp of yogurt, and one tbsp of yogurt. Mix em up to make a paste and apply on you skin. Keep massaging gently for a minute and then wash it off. Your skin will feel soft, and after almost a week and a half’s routine your blackheads will start to disappear and your skin will look a lot more clearer.
• Oats, honey and milk paste:
As the name says, mix little portions of these and apply like a scrub. Keep scrubbing until the paste starts to come off and it dries off completely. Wash if off. You guys, this is my favourite of all face masks because it’s a miracle worker for dry dull skin! Just try it and feel the difference.
• Warm honey and lemon drink:
Early morning, before having breakfast, mix a glass of lukewarm water with one tbsp of honey and one tbsp of lemon and drink it. As most of you must know this is very effective to shed off the fats, it does wonders to your skin. To have a healthy skin your diet must be good too, hence comes the next point..
• An apple a day:
After that warm glass of water, have an apple. I can swear on it…it makes your skin glow after one month of regular intake.
• Miracle juice:
Beetroot + Apple + carrot- peeled off and sliced, blended in a juicer. Take portions according to your personal preference. I take 2 apples and one of each carrot and beetroot. This drink is refreshing and a miracle worker for your skin.
• Last but not the least drink lots of water. Carry a bottle everywhere and it will help a lot with the pimples!
Guys..all of the above was done by me and it has been really effective. Its not compulsory for you all to follow these tips. But if u are willing then give it a shot and you wont regret.
