Know when to stay quiet.

Arguments and disagreements do happen in every relationship. And that’s normal. People often make a mistake of speaking at the wrong time, which tends to make the situation worse, and it probably isn’t that much serious either! But guys, relax. Be it the husband or the wife, you must know when to stay quiet. I learnt this the hard way. I used to get angry and frustrated and end up crying. But then it hit me. It’s just me and him. And if he is angry and taking it all out, so what? Let your partner talk it all out at the moment. All the anger or frustration. Just listen. When the situation is calm, and the moods are lighter, you can then share what the issue was and how your partner took the wrong way and made the matters serious. This too can be done calmly. We as humans have the habit of bringing our egos in between a relationship. That does not need to happen.

Know that your relationship is much more important than anyone’s ego.

This will make life peaceful and worth living for.

Alhamdolillah, now its very rare that we get into an argument because we have developed the habit of listening to the other.

Marriage is all about about commitment & compromise.

It is knowing when to keep quiet and listen, and when to share one’s own thoughts and emotions.

It is putting the other half’s needs before your own.

It is about respecting the wishes and emotions of each other.

It’s about learning to forgive the other person countless times, and accepting them just as they are. Every person is unique in their own way.

It is hard, but trust me if you learn the trick life turns so peaceful and blissful.

Newly Weds #1

I found my life partner after one heartache. The previous one was a failed relationship with a lack of compassion.

Compassion is one of the major and vital essentials of marriage.

I couldn’t be more happier to find him. Mr. M understands those parts of me, which I myself did not know I had. That’s crrrrazy i know. But that’s how you know you found your soulmate ❤

It just so sweet to live with a person, and experience tranquility. I have never felt this much calm and satisfied with my life as I do now. All the broken pieces of my soul has come into place.

I see him and feel happy (I can’t say i feel this about everyone haha)

A life partner does not have to be good looking. Traits like compassion, care and honesty is what matters, which one does not realize initially. But at a later stage these things are all one wants to stay happy.

I don’t have to put much effort to make him understand what I want to say, or how I feel. This attribute of his is my favorite.

They say:

A great relationship is about two things. First, appreciating the similarities, and second, respecting the differences.

^This is what we both strongly believe in, and this has helped us a lot in maintaining a strong relationship from our engagement up until now. And i hope to stay with him through all the years to come.

Happily & peacefully :o) ❤

Appearance matters to everyone. A person feels confident if he or she looks charming and neat. A lot of this has to do with your dressing and personality. But, the most important thing that comes before the personality, style, and attitude is……..your skin! Having a beautiful, spot free skin is a dream, dreamt by many.

I used to have the ugliest skin ever! It was a nightmare, and I lost a lot of confidence because of that. I always felt conscious facing people, I felt all of them are staring at me and making nasty comments because of my hideous skin 😦

Phew, I’m glad its over now.

How? You must be wondering that.

Today I will share with you all that I have done in the past five years to make my skin clear and spot free. The reason I want to share is not to brag about how much effort I made or whatever. I understand how girls feel at that stage, when they have no clue what to do, when they rely ONLY on chemical creams and other expensive stuff from stores, simple because I have faced that.

My tips are products and tips that are natural (well, most of them)

YES! 😁 so let’s get started!!!

• Yogurt & Gram flour paste:

Take one tbsp of yogurt, and one tbsp of yogurt. Mix em up to make a paste and apply on you skin. Keep massaging gently for a minute and then wash it off. Your skin will feel soft, and after almost a week and a half’s routine your blackheads will start to disappear and your skin will look a lot more clearer.

• Oats, honey and milk paste:

As the name says, mix little portions of these and apply like a scrub. Keep scrubbing until the paste starts to come off and it dries off completely. Wash if off. You guys, this is my favourite of all face masks because it’s a miracle worker for dry dull skin! Just try it and feel the difference.

• Warm honey and lemon drink:

Early morning, before having breakfast, mix a glass of lukewarm water with one tbsp of honey and one tbsp of lemon and drink it. As most of you must know this is very effective to shed off the fats, it does wonders to your skin. To have a healthy skin your diet must be good too, hence comes the next point..

• An apple a day:

After that warm glass of water, have an apple. I can swear on it…it makes your skin glow after one month of regular intake.

• Miracle juice:

Beetroot + Apple + carrot- peeled off and sliced, blended in a juicer. Take portions according to your personal preference. I take 2 apples and one of each carrot and beetroot. This drink is refreshing and a miracle worker for your skin.

• Last but not the least drink lots of water. Carry a bottle everywhere and it will help a lot with the pimples!
Guys..all of the above was done by me and it has been really effective. Its not compulsory for you all to follow these tips. But if u are willing then give it a shot and you wont regret.

Do share what your tips are and what do you think about my tips 🙂
Stay blessed ❤️

Current Read: House Rules

Hayyloo guys!
“I don’t believe in the kind of magic in my books. But i do believe something very magical can happen when you read a good book”
-J.K. Rowling
This quote is very true.
Reading is the one activity i enjoy genuinely. To grab a cup of coffee (or a Caprisun , yes people i still have some of those every now and then XD) and sit to read a few chapters-even this thought makes me happy and excited 😀
Now there, I do not read 3 books a month or anything. I am a slow reader, it takes time. But i do try and keep up with books because that’s what helps me take my head out of the real life, the drama, and all that stuff you know.
However, there are some very particular books which are reality based and very cruel..but i love them. Such a book is the one i am currently reading. It is by the author Jodi Picoult called “House Rules”.

I have always enjoyed Jodi’s books. Reading her books always reminds me about the realities of life. You dream and imagine and wish your life to be perfect, but suddenly your world turns upside down due to this one incident and your dream is shattered.
Harsh right?

Sorry for that 😆
Okay I’ll stop blabbering about that.
So the books description goes like this:
Jacob Hunt is a teenager with Asperger’s syndrome. He’s hopeless at reading social cues or expressing himself well to others, though he is brilliant in many ways.
But he has special focus on one subject – forensic analysis. A police scanner in his room clues him in to crime scenes, and he’s always showing up and telling the cops what to do. And he’s usually right.
But when Jacob’s small hometown is rocked by a terrible murder, law enforcement comes to him. Jacob’s behaviors are hallmark Asperger’s, but they look a lot like guilt to the local police. Suddenly the Hunt family, who only want to fit in, are directly in the spotlight. For Jacob’s mother, Emma, it’s a brutal reminder of the intolerance and misunderstanding that always threaten her family. For his brother, Theo, it’s another indication why nothing is normal because of Jacob.
And over this small family, the soul-searing question looms: Did Jacob commit murder? (Via Goodreads)

Guys, this book is an emotional roller coaster, well as are all of Jodi’s novels. I won’t give away any spoilers.
Ill be updating my current reads every now and then. Do share what you guys think about this book, or what your favorite Jodi Picoult novel is.
Take care
And have a lovely day 🙂 ❤️
